Payment: Paypal is the only form of method accepted. Please use the "PAY NOW“ links to expedite your order. Payment is expected withing 5 business days the bid confirmed. Unpaid items wins will be cancelled after seven days.

Shipping & Handling: Items will be shipped withing 3 - 5 days payment is received. Insurance can be purchase for additional fees. We ship only to confirmed Paypal addresses.

International Costumers: Most orders will be shipped by International First Class Air Mail, this is an uninsured service with no tracking and the buyer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. Insurance is required for orders adding up to 20 US Dollars or more. We "WILL NOT" Refund for any seized, damaged, opened or lost items!. SORRY!

Returns: We are committed to give you the best customer service. I the product is defective, we will exchange for the same item. We are not responsible for return shipping cost. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package at sales@12dollarwatch.com. The return package must be postmarker within 3 days of you authorized return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. if the item is no longer available we will issue a merchandise credit or refund at our discretion.
